Family house in passive standard

The bachelor's thesis on a topic “The family house of standard passive” deals with the design of the house for family housing in accordance with applicable legislation. The house is designed in the Highlands on the edge of developing area Račerovice. The cellarless two-storey building is made of brick. The roof is according to local regulative plan made up of saddle-shaped truss system. The passive character of the house requires large glass areas on the south facade of the house and high-quality thermal insulation of the building envelope with minimal losses. The house is associated with a brick garage with a shed-roof.
Swimming Centre Brno

The theme of the project is concept of the new building of swimming pool in locality Brno-Židenice. The land is located on the west of district area Brno-Židenice, in close proximity to district area Brno-Vinohrady. The proposal is based on the shape of the land, which is very irregular and sloping, from the location of the new building on existing policlinic and compliance with sufficient distance from policlinic. The object is partially buried in the slope and consists of three united masses, two of which have two floors, the third mass is „a rootstock“ and connects the other two mass - entry, the communications space. Two higher masses, at first glance, to give the impression that there's something interesting - in one of them is wellness and fitness, in the second is locker room and the main space with swimming pools. The facade is designed to not too much contrast with the older building of policlinic. It's designed white plaster with glass surfaces and irregular windows with hidden frame. It was important to keep a distance from policlinic and ensure front space of object, where they can contact and pass as patients of policlinic, so visitors of swimming centre. This space can also serve to rest.
The Family House

The subject of this bachelor thesis is an elaboration of design documentation for new building of a detached house realization. The house will be built in Krnov at the current built-up area. The house will be used as a housing for family of four. The object is partially basemented, with two floors, where the second floor makes up an attic. The building is covered with a mono-pitched roof. One part of the object is a garage for one car, which is accessible from the exterior and from the hall. External loadbearing structures are made of ceramic masonry in above-ground floor and of permanent formwork at a level below the ground. Floor structure consists of girder and inserts. The staircase is prefabricated. The dominant feature of the building are large glazed area, glazed staircase space and walkable terrace above the garage. The documentation are drawn in AutoCAD program.
Residential House

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on the design of the residential house. The new building is designed for a family of 4-5 members. The house is detached with two overground flo-ors and a hipped roof. The advantage of this house is its large glass surface in the living room and second floor. Vertical load-bearing and non-bearing structures are designed from Ytong bricks. Detached House in Dolany u Olomouce

Bachelor’s thesis is focused on the detached house on the slope in the village Dolany near Olomouc. The building has one floor and partial basement. The main feature of building is floor with large glass surfaces oriented to the south into valley and winter garden protruding into space. Part above ground is designed as a timber frame construction that extends over the basement part built of concrete building blocks. The building is divided into four sections. Resting area for parents in the west and resting area for children in the east are connected with central living area. Relaxation and technical facilities are located in the basement of the building.
The Multipurpose Building in Opava

The subject of this diploma thesis is the processing of design documentation for realization of the new-build multipurpose building in Opava. The building is designed on the grounds of a former dairy in the Krnovská street where the demolition of obsolete buildings passed off recently. Now are these areas designed to build up again. Designed object will function as a multipurpose building with the operation of a restaurant on the 1st floor, office spaces on the 2nd floor and dwelling units on the 3rd floor. Part of the first floor is a mass garage primarily intended for residents of dwelling units with a total of 9 parking places. It is designed eight dwelling units in total of which six are one-room flats and two are four-room flats. Plan shape of the building is rectangular. The londbearing structure of the building is a reinforced concrete prefabricated precast concrete frame founded on cast-in-place concreted pads. Infill walls are clay brick. The building is roofed with warm flat roof. Dominant features of the building are large glass areas in all floors, metal ventilated facade and loggias of dwelling units. The drawings are processed in AutoCAD programme.
